Our trusted teams provide our clients & partner venues with the support, innovation & enthusiasm to bring their visions to life. Our highly skilled, committed & creative team is led by Daniel Clifford, a two Michelin-starred Chef who is also our very own Michelin Masterclass Trainer. His input ensures we are creative in our thinking to evolve the industry’s classics and deliver the unexpected.

I was impressed by Georgie from the moment I arrived on site at Penshurst when she greeted me by name with a friendly warm smile.

Throughout my time on site I continued to be impressed by her enthusiasm and passion for the pantry and its customers. Georgie’s friendly but enthusiastic personality rubs off on her team mates and it was a pleasure to see a young team not only working hard but genuinely enjoying their work. Attention to detail in customer service was to an extremely high standard. The friendly and helpful nature of Georgie and the team made the Pantry a very pleasant place to be.

Georgie gauges her customers well and whilst remaining focused on the operation add a great deal of warmth to the hospitality in the pantry.

Michelin Masterclass

Two Michelin-starred Chef, Daniel Clifford, is our Michelin Masterclass Trainer & he delivers ‘Michelin Masterclasses’ at his restaurant for our head chefs.

Daniel is Chef Patron of Midsummer House in Cambridge which holds two Michelin stars & five AA Rosettes. As part of our School of Know How training, our leading chefs receive first-hand experience of working in one of the best restaurants in the UK.

They get to work in the Midsummer kitchen so that they can experience ‘Michelin life’ & gain an insight into what it takes to win two Michelin stars & what details they can instil in their teams at their units.
