We monitor the industry for new sustainable supply movements & rather than just observe, we act.
Our recent move from Fairtrade to Direct Trade is just one of the ways we can ensure we are using seasonal produce directly from farmers. We understand the importance of supporting the local, smaller producers & this is ingrained in every partnership we hold. We have an awesome team, fantastic ingredients & our food is to die for. We can offer anything from exquisite events with Michelin-starred menus to luxurious working lunches & pop-up restaurants offering trendy ‘dirty food’ & ‘street food’ concepts.
