EXPERIENCE

We have some wonderful people in our team who put the customer at the heart of everything we do.

The KUDOS senior management team has over 20 years of invaluable F&B, retail, hotels and leisure experience for a host of leading businesses and brands at home in the UK and overseas.

Jon Pryce (Managing Partner), David Cavalier (Food Director) and Daniel Clifford (Creative Director) take pride in developing the KUDOS brand and culture; driving the continued growth of the business across the country.

Jon leads the operations team and has a trusted and experienced team throughout the country to deliver our promises. Jon’s early training was with the John Lewis Partnership and previous senior positions have included Operations Director for the Simply Smart Group, and Food Production Director for Swissair Group.

David oversees all food development, innovation and sourcing within the business. His career has spanned more than 30 years and has included positions at the Grosvenor House, the Dorchester and the Berkeley hotels in London. He went on to own and run his own restaurants, Pebbles and Cavaliers, before joining L’Escargot as joint head chef and partner, and subsequently both Mossiman’s and High Holborn as executive chef.

Daniel is Chef Patron of two Michelin-starred restaurant, Midsummer House in Cambridge and the Flitch of Bacon in Little Dunmow, and is widely regarded as one of the most inventive and gifted chefs of his generation. He provides inspirational Michelin masterclasses for our team of World Master Chefs. Our chefs get to work in the Midsummer kitchens over a number of days, so that they can experience “Michelin life” over several different sections.

It is not all ‘glitz & glamour’ as the catering industry has a great responsibility to maintain health & safety, but more importantly take care of guests who walk through our venue doors to devour our food.

We hold four very treasured ISO accreditations, ensuring our team always delivers on quality, exceeds service standards & operates transparent venue partnerships.

We have a great love affair with local & British produce with an emphasis on sustainability & food provenance through our pledge to Red Tractor assured producers & dedicated relationships to support British coastal fishermen. We know where our food comes from so our guests can be confident our dishes are the best they can possibly be.

Through our extended family of brands & suppliers, we are able to provide a network of support to create the perfect menu, wedding, event or Christmas celebration. We can also provide furniture, marquees, entertainment & flowers for your event.
